Who’s behind GregHarrisonClay.com?

It’s me, Greg Harrison Clay.

I like long walks in the mountains and spending time with family. I also love writing copy…good things, eh?

I’m a human, not a robot… domo arigato.

This policy may be updated occasionally. But the basics stay the same:

I don’t share or sell your info. EVER.

 

What personal data I collect and why I collect it?

The long and the short of it: I only collect the personal information you provide.

I use this data to communicate with you, sell my services, and if you purchase my services, to bill you.

That’s it.

I don’t share your information without your permission.

I delete your information upon request (within 5 business days).

Data collected by my web-host, web building and design software, and website plug-in providers is beyond my control. I update these as needed.

Contact forms

I use a plugin called WPforms. When you submit an inquiry through the contact form, I keep all the information you provide for one year, or until you request it to be removed. I don’t use this information for marketing purposes.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to save your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

If you purchase services, Canadian Income Tax laws require me to retain your personal information for 7 years.

 

What rights you have over your data?

If you left comments on this site (where applicable) you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data I hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that I erase any personal data I hold about you. This does not include any data I am obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where I send your data?

Visitor comments/messages may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
